Min is an intelligent, quiet and dedicated South Korean student completing post-graduate studies in New Zealand. She is strongly religious and dedicated to helping others, particularly the poor.

Now in her mid-20’s with a double major in Social Welfare and Counselling Psychology her volunteer work has allowed her to visit seven countries. The research assignment for eight weeks in Uganda was the highlight for her as she stayed in a village living with local families teaching English.

In her many travels she accounted several difficult situations which she faced fearlessly and overcame through prayer.

She reveals she wants to pursue her studies to Masters level so as to become eligible for Research Grants.

Learnings– Should Min continue helping the poor to compensate for her own upbringing? Or does she need to select between following a “path of doubt or fear or choose the Tree of Wisdom?” We all must recognize “we are placed in a suitable body in a time and place to experience certain events so as to learn certain lessons.”

All life’s experiences are opportunities to learn. The challenge is to decide, what are the real lessons to be learnt?
