We are all here to live every situation you can imagine, good or bad; right or wrong; positive or negative. Why? So we can learn from the experience as part of the adventure of life.  Murray Kibblewhite

CASE STUDY – Live – Experience – Learn

In the large health book “YOU – The Owner’s Manual” by M.F. Roizen and M.C. Oz2nd edition, it says on page 91: –

“Keep learning. It even helps if it’s in a formal system. People with higher levels of education and those who continue to be involved in activities that stimulate the mind, undergo less mental aging.

A college graduate who also continues to learn in formal educational settings is 2.5 years younger than a high school dropout.

But informal activity helps too. Keeping your mind active keeps arterial aging, immune aging and even accidents in check, and has a Real Age benefit of making you 1.3 years younger.”

Learnings– So treating every situation in life as a learning experience you can gain: –

  • Reduction in stress through avoiding the extremes of the “Duality System” (Right or Wrong; Good or Bad; Rich or Poor),
  • By-Pass confrontations by treating every event or incident as an learning experience, and
  • By continuing to actively learn your brain actively reduces arterial and immune aging and makes you younger.

All life’s experiences are opportunities to learn. The challenge is to decide, what are the real lessons to be learnt?
